With a background spanning real estate, corporate and construction law, she is known for turning complex or overwhelming matters into clear, manageable solutions. Kerri values building strong client relationships and thrives on being a trusted partner—not just for legal issues, but for business decisions and long-term growth.

Kerri earned her B.A. in Political Science from Stonehill College and her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is also a trained mediator and a partner at 78 Development Group, a real estate firm where she manages residential rehab and new construction projects. Before joining Barsh and Cohen, she practiced with Partridge Snow and Hahn LLP as part of the real estate and corporate group, and at Colby Law Office with a focus on construction law.

Outside of work, Kerri lives in Canton with her husband and three daughters. She is active as a Parent Board Member at Saint John the Evangelist School, volunteers with the Blue Hills Chapter of the National Charity League and coaches youth cheerleading. Johnathan

Jonathan Haney
Title Examiner

Jonathan Haney has been with Barsh and Cohen, P.C. since 2013, bringing precision, dedication and a lifelong connection to the title world. As Title Examiner, Jonathan knows that every title tells a story—and he takes pride in getting those details right.

His own story in real estate began early, as he spent summers juggling Little League games and learning the trade alongside his father. Now, decades later, Jonathan is carrying on the tradition and helping shape the next generation, both professionally and personally.

A car enthusiast and summer softball player, Jonathan is also a proud father of two amazing kids who are starting their own journeys. Whether at home or in the office, Jonathan brings dedication and a deep-rooted passion for the details that make all the difference.

Jaime McLauglin
Director of Support Services and Business Development

With more than a decade in real estate law and a deep commitment to client relationships, Jaime Panaro has been a driving force at Barsh and Cohen, P.C. since 2022. As Director of Support Services and Business Development, Jaime blends operational know-how with people-first energy, building strong connections with clients and colleagues alike.

What makes Jaime stand out isn’t just her dedication—it’s her unshakable Monday morning energy, despite never having had a single cup of coffee. (Yes, really.)

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at the office, you’ll find Jaime trying new recipes in the kitchen (results may vary), trading memes or fiercely defending her anti-pineapple-on-pizza stance. A proud grandmother—aka great snack distributor and superhero in comfy shoes—Jaime brings both heart and humor to everything she does.
