3 useful property management apps

36168746 - property managementIf you are a property manager, you are likely juggling a full schedule and sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get it all done. Luckily, there are some helpful property management apps that can help you keep up with your busy schedule. Here are a few of the best we’ve found.

#1. RentMoola: RentMoola is a payment app which makes it easy for your tenants to pay their rent from anywhere on their mobile devices using a credit or debit card. You don’t have to have someone tied down to an apartment office to take payments. With the ease of making payment via a mobile device, you are less likely to have tenants with delinquent rent. It is a win-win for you and for the tenant. RentMoola charges processing fees based on the transaction method.

#2. Homeadvisor: The Homeadvisor app allows property managers to review contractor ratings and find the best contractors when quick repair and maintenance is needed for your property. You’ll be able to find qualified contractors at your fingertips and quickly schedule estimates, property repairs and maintenance. Homeadvisor is a free app download on Google Play and on the App Store.

#3. SuperSaas: Scheduling appointments can be a headache when trying to make time for property showings. SuperSaas is an appointment scheduling app that can help you keep track of all your daily appointments and property showings. There are many helpful features with SuperSaas including the ability to synchronize the app with your other calendars and receive email and SMS notifications for upcoming appointments.

There is a free version of SuperSaas that will keep track of 50 upcoming appointments as well as store up to 500 past appointments. Paid subscriptions are available if you have more than 50 appointments per month to keep track of.
